I dance through my day

I feel enthusiastic because there is so MUCH I want to do! I am in balance and all things come to me easily. Today I have fun being who I truly am, my loving, lovable Self. I dance through the day light on my feet. I am in tune with who I am and I set the tune for I am creator in this physical experience. If I feel off-balance it doesn't bother me. I just turn my attention to thoughts and things that feel better. I am inspired! I feel happy and my heart sings with joy.

Following my path leads me to new experiences and new situations. Well-Being is the wind that fills my sails, the solid ground beneath my feet, the Light that guides me wherever I go. My inner spiritual Self and the Divine talk to me in the energy of feelings and the voice within that answers when I call. When I feel entangled in thoughts that disturb my peace of mind, I don't feel concerned. Like a pilot who corrects his course, I choose a better feeling thought and then another until I am in a better feeling place. I love feeling good and I bask in the warm love of happiness and look forward with eagerness for the next adventure in life.

I am at peace in the calm, sure focus on who I am in truth. I can enjoy this life experience because I am always aware of the truth of who I am. I focus on Me as Source and I feel that life-giving Energy flowing into my mind and body. My emotions naturally lift and I feel joy. I practice Well-Being as I choose each thought. For those thoughts that don't please me I choose another that feels better and I quickly and easily bob and float in the calmness of Well-Being. I feel joy for I have learned that peace, surety, comfort, love, passion and all aspects of Well-Being are mine and all I have to do is focus on it. Well-Being is within and without for there is only oneness. I am my own sparkling Universe of joy and delight, magic and moonlight. I am comfortable and happy as joy flows through me. I am confident. Nothing is beyond me and all I desire is within me. I am intuitive, intelligent and bright. My light shines clearly and I am at peace. All good things flow to me and I am excited to unwrap the gift of each day. Thank you for your love, Beloved God Goddess All That Is. It is this connection that I remember in my heart and mind. My body responds joyously to the stream of Well-Being that flows gently to each and every cell and through every process. I am comforted as I remember who I am, a being of Light and Love focused in this physical experience for the joy of playing in this creative mix. I have remembered that there is only Now and that everything I could ever want or need has already been provided. I appreciate the good that flows abundantly into my life right Now. And with even more delight I recognize that the Universe has set it all up so that everything works in my favor.

I let go of any negative teachings from the past or warnings of the future -- those times don't exist -- only Now. I look to my own feelings and desires and realize if it is my desire it is right for me. This loving Universe supports me.

Mother Earth is a living being who is making her ascension into the higher vibration of the awakening, as we all are. As she goes through changes of transition, I support her by remembering that the Love of Source Energy is expressed in everything I see. I call this Love into expression in the air and sea, the earth and sky by my appreciation and the Law of Attraction brings me more. Of all things, I love feeling Oneness with Well-Being best. Above all things, I remember that I am always connected with All That Is and there is nothing in heaven or earth that can change that. This knowledge sustains me in times of troubled thoughts and conditions. I hold to this truth which leads me to the Light that is always present. Only Love sustains me. As I walk towards that warm Love the wrinkles of conditions are smoothed and my path is clear to me. I look for things to appreciate as I go through my day and I am provided for abundantly. I feel hope. Enthusiasm calls me to continue on this path. Even in what seems to be darkness there is only Light for It is the only truth. I am that I am. I love everything about nature. The soft drizzle that nourishes the fields and the geese that walk gracefully in the rain. The breeze that tickles the pond sending ripples that reflect the light. All the critters that go about their business of loving and making a life for themselves. The birds that sing -- stretching on their toes and opening their beaks wide to sing with every part of themselves. Life is beautiful in expression.

I play, I frolic, I have wonderful day dreams, I do things I want to do when I want to do them. I eat delicious fresh food :) I read words that entertain, inspire and delight me. I have fun watching movies and visiting with friends. I'm healthy, I'm happy, I do everything right and I feel good all along the way. I'm in the groove, baby! I don't have to do a single thing today except feel good. That's it. That's all there is. I don't have to worry about things done or undone, missed or lost or found, hidden or out in the open for everyone to see, up in the air or buried deep -- because itz all good. I'm copacetic. I'm living, breathing harmony. I am the golden hum that fills the air on a beautiful day. The cells in my body and every level of my being vibrate in tune.
